How does the Reward/Rebate work?
The homeowner will receive an immediate incentive of $125 for having an energy audit performed; this is credited on the invoice from your auditor at the time of the audit.
An additional rebate of $225 may be obtained when you do $225 or more in energy efficiency improvements recommended from the audit report. Your auditor will give you a $225 certificate to accompany your receipts for the work performed. Once you turn that into the City of Aspen, you will be rewarded with $225. BPI certified auditors must be used to qualify for the reward.
